Guiding Hotel X Toronto in 2018 as General Manager and now as Managing Director, she has tackled operational challenges with calm, precision, and a steady presence on the floor with her teams. Her strong work ethic helps the property consistently exceed international brand benchmarks, protect stakeholder equity, and deepen its strategic partnership with Hyatt — ensuring her award-winning success in leading her team as a loving steward & confidante to her peers.
